CheckThru Inspections provides non-destructive, visual inspections of accessible areas only. We do not dismantle or damage any part of the property. The report reflects the property’s condition at the time of inspection and is not a warranty, guarantee, or prediction of future performance.

Limitations
We do not assess code compliance, hidden defects, or inaccessible areas .Observations and recommendations are professional opinions – not final solutions – and should be verified by relevant specialists. The client is responsible for further due diligence.

Liability
Our liability is limited to the fee paid for the inspection. We are not responsible for indirect or future damages, post-inspection changes, or latent defects. Claims of professional negligence must be clearly proven and fall within our limited scope of work.

Dispute Resolution
This agreement is governed by Indian law. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of Vijayawada. The disclaimer is in line with the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Client Acknowledgment
By engaging our services, the client agrees to the above terms and confirms they understand the scope and limitations of the inspection.
