- Kitchen Cabinets & Platform – Polish, Cracks, Leakage, Size variation, Sealant, Dents, Stains, Operation of shutters and drawers.
- Doors & Windows –Frames, Shutters, Fittings, Paint consistency, Gap uniformity, Operation, Dampness.
- Plumbing – Water pressure, Slope, Leakage, CP & Sanitary Fittings – Fit and Finish.
- Electrical – Voltage, Current Leaks, Functionality of ELCB/RCCB in DB, Earthing in all sockets, Wiring Connections in all Sockets, Functionality of all switches including Fan Regulator.
- Air Quality: TVOC, HCHO, PM 10, PM 2.0 PM 1.0
- Water Quality: pH, TDS

- Specifications Check (For New Flats): For all the items which are being provided by the Builder.
